Carry out the analysis of the airport economic-financial and management, with expect knowledge of these areas, in order to help the Senior Management to make decisions, driving the analysis and operational and financial monitoring of assets and their value creation


  • Financial analysis of information, preparing economic-financial reports as well as reports of the division’s assets.
  • Monthly financial reporting to the Airports management and HQ, strictly adhering to preestablished deadlines and monitoring budget deviations.
  • Carrying out the budgeting process, budget revisions.
  • Review the asset reporting , maintaining a direct relationship with them.
  • Supervising Financial Information controls and preparing corresponding reports.
  • Analyse and report the overhead and bidding costs of the division.
  • Direct relationship with the Group Reporting and Group Accounting teams, being the key contact for the financial processes and the implementation of new tools
  • Prepare the risk assessment of the division.
  • Prepare the information for the presentation of the quarterly results.

Habilidades y experiencia

  • Autonomy, to be able to develop and carry out his/her responsibilities.
  • Analytical ability, establishing priorities, identifying potential problems and finding the best solutions which minimise the impact on the company.
  • Organization skills, for planning and financial control, establishing the best processes.
  • Adaptability to possible changes, requirements and cultures in order to maintain levels of efficiency, the quality of decision making and the quality of the processes.
  • Achieving results which respect to both internal and external regulations.
  • Ability to communicate.
  • Professional rigor to comply with company policies in order to achieve quality standards in a timely manner.
  • Degree in Business or Economic Sciences.
  • A master’s or MBA is highly valued.
  • Solid accounting knowledge, making use of experience with international and local accounting standards in other countries.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in a financial department carrying out Control Management.
  • Expert in Excel and SAP. A knowledge of Power BI and SAP BPC is also highly valued.
  • Availability to travel.
  • High level of English.
